It connects global travelers with travel content creators, enabling them to explore unique experiences, plan trips easily, and book experiences all on one platform. For content creators, Alike provides opportunities to earn income through personalized online studios and revenue sharing from bookings influenced by their content. Focused on enhancing travel for all, Alike aims to disrupt the traditional travel industry by fostering connection and inspiration.
Role Description
You will lead Alike's creator partnerships and community efforts - identifying and onboarding the right voices across travel, finance, and tech, and helping build an engaged, trust-first community around the Alike brand. This role sits at the intersection of creator relationships, community trust, and brand growth - not just content coordination
Key Responsibilities
Creator Research & Partnerships
- Research and shortlist relevant creators, influencers, and brand partners domestic and global - across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
- Focus verticals: Travel Creators, Financial Planners, and Tech Geeks - aligned to Alike's core user personas across regions.
- Conduct creator vetting: engagement quality, authenticity, audience relevance, and content-brand fit.
- Build and maintain a structured influencer database with outreach status and response tracking.
- Research and outreach to agencies, production houses, and influencer agencies for potential partnerships and campaign execution.
Outreach & Coordination
- Execute creator outreach for passes, review programs, and travel storyteller initiatives.
- Coordinate with shortlisted creators to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
- Support messaging research craft and refine outreach messaging for different creator types and geographies.
- Assist in coordinating brand/creator shoots: logistics, schedules, and call sheets.
- Support on-ground events, activations, and community initiatives when required.
Community & Reputation
- Assist in managing Alike's communities across Instagram, WhatsApp/FB Groups, and niche travel channels.
- Engage with audiences via comments, DMs, UGC encouragement, and referral initiatives.
- Monitor brand mentions and reviews; draft initial ORM responses and escalate when required.
Requirements
Who Should Apply
- Educational background in Marketing, Media, or Communication - or equivalent hands on experience in the creator/social space. Perks & Learning
- Strong interest in the creator economy, travel storytelling, and social media trends.
- Proactive communicator - comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You genuinely spend time in the creator economy - you follow travel creators, notice what works, and have opinions on it.
- Comfortable with the grind of cold outreach - you don't take a non-reply personally and you follow up smart, not just often
- Bonus: familiarity with creator discovery tools (Modash, Hypeauditor ) or community platforms (Discord, Circle) is a real plus.
