Job Description

About The Role

NexusTrade is an AI-powered trading platform with a marketplace where creators publish trading strategies their followers can subscribe to. We take a creator's public thesis, turn it into a live, backtested strategy with real-time alerts, and help them monetize it. Your job is to find those creators and bring them on board.

What you'll actually do

  • Source creators of any audience size who share a clear, rules-based trading thesis publicly
  • Reach out with a personalized angle: we build their strategy first, then pitch
  • Set up their thesis as a live strategy in NexusTrade (no code, about 5 minutes once you know the builder)
  • Record a short Loom walking them through the strategy and how the marketplace works
  • Close them onto the platform or book the call, then follow up
  • Keep your pipeline organized and hand off qualified creators cleanly

Compensation

This is a commission role, not salaried. You earn 50% of NexusTrade's revenue share on every creator you land, for 6 months per creator. Example: you sign a creator who brings 100 subscribers at $50/month. NexusTrade's cut is 20%, or $1,000/month. Your share is 50% of that, so $500/month for 6 months. There is no cap on how many creators you can sign, and strong months compound.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Are relentless about outreach and actually enjoy closing
  • Understand trading well enough to spot a codifiable strategy in someone's content
  • Are comfortable betting on commission upside instead of a guaranteed check
  • Work independently and move fast without hand-holding

This is not for you if

This is not for you if you're looking for a salaried engineering job. The technical setup is light and templated. The work is mostly sourcing, outreach, and closing.
