Creator Outreach Partner

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Creator Outreach & Management Executive to join our team on a 4-month remote contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with creators, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution from outreach to content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and connect with relevant creators and influencers across social media platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators throughout campaign execution.

Manage creator onboarding, communication, and coordination.

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and campaign expectations.

Track campaign progress and ensure timely content submissions.

Maintain and update creator databases and campaign documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful creator marketing campaigns.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in creator outreach, influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other creator ecosystems.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
