Hey there!

We're looking for a Creator Outreach Executive who's hungry to drive growth and passionate about

the creator economy. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, researching, qualifying, and

nurturing leads that turn into long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space.
  • Lead Generation Tools: Use platforms like Apollo.io , Zoom Info , Lusha to build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Run personalised outreach via email and LinkedIn using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Clay.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM (Hub Spot / Zoho / Salesforce) organised and up to date.
  • Target Hitter: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and conversion targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Managers to convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Value Selling: Clearly communicate the value of INTIGLY's services using your industry knowledge.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Write, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Passion for YouTube, content creation, or post-production.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 23 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or service-based business.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that convert into revenue.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
