Role Overview
As a Creator Ops Associate, you will be responsible for building and managing our creator pipeline. You'll scout, evaluate, onboard, and coordinate with creators to help them produce high-quality educational content for the Masters platform.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Evaluation
Scout and identify creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Vet creators for relevance, content quality, niche expertise, and audience engagement.
Operations & Performance Ownership
Own key metrics such as Quantity, Quality, and TAT for creator onboarding and output.
Build and maintain an evolving creator database for Masters.
Outreach, Pitches & Coordination
Handle creator outreach, pitching the Master's vision, and negotiation for collaborations.
Coordinate with agencies to source relevant creators where needed.
Collect sample scripts and videos from creators to assess fit.
Feedback & Content Workflow
Provide clear feedback to creators and work with them to iterate on scripts and videos.
Consolidate internal feedback and ensure final edits align with brand expectations.
What We're Looking For
24 years of experience in creator management, influencer onboarding, creator ops, or related roles.
Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, social media trends, and content formats.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership mindset with an eye for quality and detail.
