Altrview (Innovatiview Technology Pvt. Ltd.) delivers immersive, alternate-reality experiencescombining AR/VR, digital galleries, high-tech interpretation parks, animatronics, and tech-led storytelling in spaces like museums and public installations. We are now seeking a Creative Visualizer to contribute to our government- driven infrastructure, interpretive, and public space projects by blending planning, visualization, and execution.
Role Overview
As a Senior Creative Visualizer, you will lead the planning, design visualization, and project execution of public / government-backed projects (e.g. cultural centers, interpretation parks, urban installations). You will translate technical, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements into compelling visuals, site plans, and immersive storytelling components. You will also manage coordination with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance, feasibility, and design quality. You will act as the bridge between planning & design, operations, and technology teams (AR/VR, media, exhibition designers), ensuring that spatial, regulatory, aesthetic, and technical demands align.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Government's requirement and think, design based on the deliverable.
- Creative Visualization, Conceptualization and creative thinking towards Govt projects.
- Lead concept development and master planning for site-based public infrastructure, parks, galleries, immersive installations, or interpretive centers.
- Prepare detailed design visualizations: 2D plans, 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, AR/VR mockups, spatial narratives.
- translate government / regulatory constraints (zoning, land use, permissions) into design solutions.
- Engage with government stakeholders, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with exhibition / interpretive design, multimedia, and technology teams to integrate immersive content into the built environment. Conduct site surveys, prepare feasibility studies, spatial analysis, and environmental/context studies.
- Oversee consultant coordination (civil, structural, landscaping, MEP) and manage the interface between architectural, infrastructure, and visualization components.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality of visual outputs.Develop presentation materials, design briefs, and client communication decks.
- Provide design iterations and respond to feedback rapidly.
- Ensure all visual and planning deliverables comply with technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning / Design, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working on government / public sector / infrastructure / cultural / interpretive projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects through design, approvals, and execution phases.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, urban planning, 3D visualization, immersive experiences, and spatial storytelling.
