JOB DESCRIPTION :

We're looking for a Creative Visual Designer who can move seamlessly between static design, motion, 3D and digital content.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from concept to final execution, building visual systems, creating scroll-stopping content, experimenting with motion and 3D, and ensuring every output feels unmistakably House of Quadri.

You'll work closely with the Creative Lead as a key creative execution partner, helping translate creative direction into high-quality visual work across social, digital campaigns, advertising and brand touchpoints.

1. Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, and creative ads
2. Design and execute 3D visuals, renders, and short-form animated content aligned with brand aesthetics
3. Coordinate static posts to ensure visual consistency across feeds, stories, reels, and ads
4. Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead on concept development, visual direction, and execution
5. Adapt motion and static creatives for different platforms and formats
6. Support creative ad production with engaging, scroll-stopping visuals
7. Ensure brand consistency across all social and digital touchpoints
8. Manage and organise creative assets efficiently
9. Incorporate feedback quickly and refine outputs to meet creative and performance goals
