Creative UI/UX Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative UI/UX Engineer who can design premium, visually stunning and interactive websites that stand out from typical startup websites.

This is not a traditional UI/UX role. We want someone who thinks beyond static Figma screens and can create unique digital experiences using design, motion, 2D/3D, video and interactive web technologies.

What You'll Work On

• Create high-end, modern and unconventional website designs
• Design 3D / 2D visual experiences and interactive sections
• Create scroll-based animations, parallax, transitions and micro-interactions
• Integrate video into creative UI experiences
• Design cinematic hero sections and immersive storytelling
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Create and maintain a strong visual/design system
• Work closely with developers to bring creative concepts to production
• Continuously experiment with new design and interaction ideas

Skills We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Exceptional visual design and typography skills
• Advanced Figma
• Strong understanding of UX and responsive web design
• Experience designing creative / interactive websites
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong portfolio with real-world projects

Big Plus:

• Three.js / WebGL / Spline
• GSAP / Lenis
• Framer / Webflow
• After Effects / Rive / Lottie
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript / React
• 3D and motion design

Portfolio Is Mandatory

Your portfolio matters more than your resume.

We strongly prefer candidates who can share live websites they've designed or built.
