Job Description
The Creative Technologist & Firefly Services Solution Consultant primarily leads pre-sales technical engagements focused on the development and implementation of complex creative technology solutions. This role uses in-depth knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and cutting edge Generative & Agentic AI to provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through discovery sessions, solution presentations, proof of concepts and product demonstrations. The consultant assists Account Executives and Solution Partners in assessing potential applications of Adobe solutions to meet customer needs and coordinates the preparation of detailed specifications for implementing customer creative production workflows.
This is a dynamic AI first role that offers the freedom to tackle new and exciting challenges at every turn. The consultant will overlay across prioritized sales cycles and key opportunities, engaging with various account teams and surrounding resources.
