Qatalyst is looking for a full-time Creative Tech Associate (Intern) to support our digital presence across social platforms and internal growth operations.

Graduates only. Please do not apply if you are currently a student or working elsewhere.

What You'll Do:

• Design engaging content for social media: status posts, carousels, stories

• Edit and create short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts)

• Collaborate on content scripting, visual storytelling, and publishing

• Assist with internal video requirements.

• Use your coding knowledge to support basic technical tasks.

• Work closely with the core team to learn the behind-the-scenes of building a startup

• Be a flexible, dependable contributor to day-to-day company operations

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate with design + video editing + basic coding abilities

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Photoshop

• Experience with editing Reels/Shorts and basic motion graphics

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS

• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• If after or during the course of your internship, the team deems that your skills and attitude is the right fit, then we may offer you a full-time position at Qatalyst.
