Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative powerhouse, the lead for our in-house creative studio that operates with the speed and ambition of a top agency, the depth of a brand that knows itself and own the entire content engine. Someone who can think like a director and move like an agency. You will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to execution across formats, ensuring every piece of content serves a clear purpose: build reach, drive awareness, create consideration, or generate demand.
Responsibilities:
Scale a high-performance creative studio including shoot teams, copywriters and designers. Define workflows, quality benchmarks, and output standards.
From ideation and scripting to shoot execution and final output, take ownership of content across campaigns and always-on channels.
Approach every piece of content with intent. Craft narratives, visuals, and moments that feel cinematic, memorable, and differentiated.
Handle multiple briefs across timelines without compromising on quality. Balance agility with creative excellence.
Deeply understand social and digital ecosystems. Build content that is native to each platform while staying true to the brand.
Ensure content is not just engaging but effective across the funnel, from reach and awareness to consideration and lead generation.
Work closely with brand and copy teams, or directly own scripts and messaging to ensure clarity and impact.
Understand who you are always speaking to. Tailor content to audience behavior, context, and cultural nuance.
Work closely with brand, performance, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with larger business goals.
