You'll work across strategy, production, and execution to ensure content is consistently created, shipped, and improved.

What You'll Own- Be the bridge between strategy, production, and execution
- Drive content from idea shoot edit publish
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and internal teams
- Plan and manage the content pipeline (consistent output, zero chaos)
- Write high-retention scripts for ads and organic content
- Research and decode viral trends (Meta ads, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Contribute to hooks, concepts, and creative direction
- Ensure smooth execution across shoots and post-production
- Identify bottlenecks and fix problems fast
What We're Looking For- 13 years in content, production, or creative strategy
- Strong understanding of short-form content & virality mechanics
- Ability to write scroll-stopping, retention-driven scripts
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- A hands-on executor mindset (you don't waityou move)
- Strong communication across teams
- Deep understanding of internet culture (chronically online in a good way)
Must-Have Skills- Experience with Reels / Ads / Short-form video content
- Understanding of Meta ads + organic content formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and storytelling
Good to Have- Basic knowledge of shooting or video editing
- Experience in education / edtech content
- Familiarity with UGC-style and performance marketing content
