Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Idea Generation: Brainstorming and generating ideas for creative projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Creative Strategy: Developing and executing strategic plans for creative projects and campaigns
- Strong Writing Skills: Building and writing sellable narratives to devise campaign strategy; and translating it into a well-constructed structure
- Presentation Skills: Adeptness at Microsoft Powerpoint (preferably) and/or other presentation tools to create visually appealing and engaging presentations with the right references/moodboards
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including client servicing, design, and ensuring that creative projects are aligned and consistent to overall campaign objectives. Managing day to day communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Quality Control: Reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure that it meets the agency's quality standards and is aligned with overall campaign goals and objectives
- Effectiveness: Measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of creative initiatives and campaigns and suggesting changes wherever required
- Timeline Management: Managing resource allocation effectively, and ensuring that projects are delivered within expected timelines
