Job Description

As a Digital Creative Strategist, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies across diverse industries. You will take on a multifaceted role, overseeing creative duties on multiple brands, managing a team of junior creatives, and collaborating closely with clients to delivery performance marketing assets (including UGC videos, statics and more). You will be responsible for ensuring the creative work meets award-winning standards and actively participating in the entire production process, from ideation to the final product. You are NOT expected to know design and editing tools as those duties are taken care of by the Design team.

1. Creative Leadership:
- Execute creative duties across various brands, spanning campaign planning, ideation, script writing, and copywriting.
- Guide a team of Jr. Creative Strategists on their daily work outcomes of their campaigns

2. Collaboration and New Business Ideation:
- Work closely with the New Business team to contribute to creative ideation and develop showcase materials for pitches.
- Present comprehensive creative plans and narrate scripts to clients for campaigns.

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Coordinate daily with the Performance marketing Team on tasks ranging from new performance ad assets creation to review of performance of creatives to ideating new campaigns
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts.

4. Efficient Process Management:
- Break down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative process.
- Set and adhere to practical timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.

5. Active Involvement in Production:
- Be actively present throughout the production process, ensuring quality from ideation to the final product for events, shoots, posts, and other creative articulations.

6. Thorough Research and Industry Awareness:
- Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of brand needs.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field and remain fully aware of news and online trends.

7. Client Communication:
- Manage your own clients independently and also act as an escalation point for clients of Jr. Creative Strategists

(Someone with prior experience in a Performance Marketing Agency will be preferred)

Requirements :

- Experience in Performance ad creative assets creation and management.

- Experience in working on multiple brands and their requirements in an agency like setup

- Experience of dealing with UGC assets as well as shoots as well as static assets for campaigns

- Understanding of online marketing funnels and the role of creatives in different stages of the funnel

- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and infering insights from them

- Basic understanding of human psychology, copy frameworks and marketing tactics
