What does the ideal candidate look like
- Relevant experience developing high-performing digital ad creative in performance marketing environments
- Strong proficiency in creative design tools and understanding of major advertising platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into creative strategies that drive measurable results
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience in EdTech or e-commerce sectors preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
- Creative Development: Lead the creation of high-impact ad creatives, including static images, videos, and UGC-style content, tailored for different funnel stages.
- Multi-Platform Campaign Execution: Strategically develop and deploy platform-specific creative approaches for Meta, Google and emerging channels, ensuring maximum performance while maintaining brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze creative performance metrics to identify winning elements, quickly iterate on underperforming assets and scale successful approaches.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with performance marketing, brand, product and data teams to align creative strategy with campaign objectives, audience insights and business goals.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Continuously research industry benchmarks, competitor approaches, and platform innovations to maintain a cutting-edge creative advantage in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
