Location: Andheri West, near Lower Oshiwara Metro Station (100% ON-SITE)

Joining: Immediate

Compensation CTC: 6 7.5 LPA (depending on experience and fit)

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and research-driven Creative Strategist who can operate at a macro level, connecting business objectives with impactful marketing communication. This role requires someone who can deeply understand the real estate market, derive insights through research, and translate those insights into strong campaign strategies, communication frameworks, and creative directions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping campaign narratives, defining brand communication, and developing strategic frameworks across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms while ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Content Leadership

* Provide strategic direction for campaign communication across ATL, BTL, and digital channels

* Shape brand narratives and ensure communication aligns with business objectives and market positioning

* Work closely with the Art Director and creative teams to ensure strategy translates effectively into visual and content execution

* Ensure brand voice, tonality, and storytelling consistency across all campaign touchpoints

Research & Market Intelligence

* Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to guide campaign strategy

* Study real estate market trends, project positioning, and buyer behavior to develop effective communication strategies

* Identify consumer insights, motivations, and decision triggers that influence real estate purchase decisions

* Translate research insights into actionable campaign strategies and messaging frameworks

Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning

* Develop the overall campaign strategy and communication architecture for projects

* Design campaign structures across the marketing funnel including awareness, consideration, and conversion stages

* Align ATL, BTL, and digital platforms within a unified campaign strategy

* Draft detailed creative briefs for internal teams to guide campaign development

* Define campaign tonality, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines

Communication Development

* Develop strong communication platforms, taglines, and messaging strategies for real estate campaigns

* Establish brand voice, narrative direction, and storytelling frameworks

* Create mood boards and conceptual references to align teams with the campaign vision

* Define messaging hierarchy across creatives, videos, landing pages, and sales collaterals

Pitching & Business Growth

* Develop creative pitch strategies and presentations for new client acquisition

* Create compelling campaign concepts and presentations for prospective clients

* Contribute strategically to client retention through strong campaign thinking and communication effectiveness

Quality Assurance & Strategic Oversight

* Review campaign concepts and communication outputs to ensure alignment with the strategic direction

* Conduct quality checks on campaign communication to maintain consistency and effectiveness

* Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand positioning and business objectives

Competitive & Industry Intelligence

* Track competitor campaigns and industry communication trends

* Identify opportunities for differentiation and stronger market positioning

* Recommend innovative communication approaches based on evolving market dynamics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Client acquisition through effective creative pitches and strategic campaign concepts

* Client retention through strong campaign performance and communication effectiveness

* Quality and effectiveness of campaign strategy and communication frameworks

* Strategic contribution to campaign success and brand positioning

Who We're Looking For

* 46 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or communication planning within real estate marketing/advertising (mandatory)

* Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital campaign strategy

* Proven ability to translate research and insights into strong marketing strategies

* Experience in drafting creative briefs and developing communication strategies

* Strong presentation and storytelling skills for strategic pitches

* Ability to translate business objectives and market insights into compelling creative strategies

* Strong analytical thinking with a research-driven approach

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
