Creative Strategist / Creative Copy Lead
Location: Ahmedabad (on site)

About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, internet-native thinker who can shape how our brand communicates across social media, campaigns, ads, launches, packaging, and digital storytelling.
This is NOT a traditional social media manager role.
We already have:
- designers
- video editors
- influencer marketing team
- social media execution
- shoot execution team
What we are missing is the communication brain.
Someone who can transform:
- products,
- brand's vision,
- health philosophy,
- and consumer insights
into:
- sharp content,
- memorable campaigns,
- premium storytelling,
- culturally relevant communication,
- and high-performing brand narratives.
What You'll Do
Brand & Content Strategy
- Define and evolve the brand voice, tone, and communication style
- Build content pillars and storytelling frameworks
- Shape how the brand feels across all consumer touchpoints
- Develop campaign concepts for launches, festivals, and growth moments
- Translate product strengths into emotionally compelling narratives
Creative Thinking & Copywriting
- Write strong hooks, scripts, captions, ad copy, campaign lines, and storytelling concepts
- Improve the sharpness and premium feel of communication
- Create scroll-stopping content angles for Instagram, YouTube, and performance ads
- Develop founder-led communication and opinion-driven content
- Build repeatable content formats instead of random posting
Creative Direction
- Direct creative concepts for shoots, reels, and campaigns
- Work closely with:
- social media team
- designers
- video editors
- influencer marketing team
- external agencies
- Review and critique content quality before publishing
- Ensure all output matches brand positioning and creative standards
Consumer & Cultural Understanding
- Understand internet culture, trends, memes, and evolving consumer behavior
- Study modern D2C brands, premium FMCG brands, and creator ecosystems
- Bring fresh and differentiated ideas instead of trend-copying

- D2C brands

- fashion/lifestyle

- have worked on high-growth consumer brands
- understand performance marketing psychology

- can script reels and ads
