Job Description

Safe Planet an Australian-based company operating in the Energy Efficiency, Heat Pump, and HVAC industry, focused on scaling high-performance lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and landing page funnels.

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-focused Creative Strategist who understands how to create winning advertising angles, hooks, offers, and messaging that generate qualified leads — not just nice-looking ads.

This role is ideal for someone who understands direct response marketing, consumer psychology, performance creatives, and conversion-focused landing page strategy.

You will work closely with our:

  • Performance Marketer
  • Graphic Designers
  • Video Editors
  • Sales Team

to build and optimize high-converting campaigns for the Australian market.

Your ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Ad Concepts
  • Develop winning ad angles, hooks, offers, and campaign concepts
  • Research competitors, customer psychology, and market trends
  • Create concepts for:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads creatives
  • Video Ads
  • Static Ads
  • UGC-style content
  • Landing Pages
  • Write high-converting:
  • Ad copy
  • Headlines
  • Hooks
  • Scripts
  • CTA messaging

Landing Page & Funnel Strategy
  • Structure and optimize landing page messaging and flow
  • Improve conversion rates through better copy and positioning
  • Suggest:
  • Hero section concepts
  • Lead form structure
  • Trust-building elements
  • Offers and CTA improvements
  • CRO recommendations

Performance & Creative Analysis
  • Analyze creative performance using:
  • CTR
  • CPL
  • Hook Rate
  • Conversion Rate
  • ROAS
  • Identify winning creatives and scaling opportunities
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, creatives, and offers
  • Work with the media buying team to improve campaign performance
