Your Role

You are the why behind the what. You're a cultural detective who can write an old-school, razor-sharp creative concept but also understands we're moving into a new world of answer architecture.

What You'll Do (The Bridge):

• The Now: Author the most inspiring creative concepts in the industry. You'll partner with creative teams, own the strategy for pitches and presentations to clients with passion.

• The Future: Go beyond demographics. You'll map subcultures and user intent to find the question behind the question. You'll architect the answers that our clients brands need to own, setting them up to be chosen by AI.

Who You Are:

• A cultural sponge. Part-planner, part-sociologist, 100% storyteller.
