Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Strategist specializing in Influencer Marketing to join our team in Delhi. As a Creative Strategist, you will develop and implement creative strategies, collaborate with influencers to design impactful campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with brand objectives. Your role will include conducting research, creating innovative content strategies, and driving creative direction for impactful influencer projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and enhance brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop innovative Creative Strategies and lead Creative Direction for impactful marketing campaigns
• Experience in crafting effective Brand Strategies to align with company goals and market trends
• Proficiency in Writing and Research to develop well-informed strategies and compelling marketing content
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners
• Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and an understanding of the Ecommerce landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in creative or marketing strategy roles is an advantage
