About the Role

We're looking for aCreative Strategist who lives and breathes influencer culture. Someone who understands how influencers think, what brands want, and how audiences engage. This role sits at the intersection ofcreativity, culture, and strategy crafting ideas that go viral, scripts that influencers love, and campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ideation: Develop quirky, thumb-stopping campaign ideas tailored for influencer-led marketing.
  • Influencer-first Thinking: Create hooks, scripts, and content formats that feel native to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos, and emerging platforms.
  • Creative Partner to Influencers: Collaborate with creators to refine concepts, add punchlines, and adapt formats while maintaining authenticity.
  • Trendspotting: Track and adapt viral trends, memes, and audio into brand-relevant campaign ideas.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to translate brand briefs into influencer-friendly creative strategies.
  • Performance Lens: Ensure ideas are not only creative but also designed for reach, recall, and measurable engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 35 yearsof experience increative strategy, influencer marketing, or digital content.
  • Strong understanding ofinfluencer culture, social platforms, and what makes content go viral.
  • Ability to think like both abrand strategist and an influencer.
  • Excellentstorytelling, copywriting, and scriptwritingskills.
  • Hands-on knowledge ofInstagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, meme culture, and trending audio.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to brainstorm with both creators and clients.
