We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can drive content direction, research audience behavior, and develop scalable content strategies across YouTube and social platforms.
Role Overview
The Creative Strategist will be responsible for shaping the direction and quality of content across our healthcare and wellness brands.
This role involves identifying high-performing content opportunities, building structured content systems, and collaborating closely with scriptwriters, editors, and creative teams to improve engagement, retention, and overall content performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with audience psychology, platform understanding, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Research audience behavior, platform trends, and competitor content
- Identify high-potential content opportunities across YouTube and social media
- Develop weekly and monthly content strategies and publishing roadmaps
- Create structured content briefs, hooks, angles, and storytelling directions
- Guide scriptwriters and creative teams with clear strategic inputs
- Improve content quality, audience retention, and engagement metrics
- Analyze performance data and refine content direction based on insights
- Build repeatable content frameworks and scalable content systems
- Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand tone
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or performance content
- Strong understanding of YouTube content ecosystems and short-form platforms
- Ability to identify audience intent, emotional triggers, and high-engagement formats
- Experience working with writers, editors, and production teams
- Strong research, analytical, and content planning skills
- Understanding of content retention, hooks, watch-time, and engagement metrics
- Ability to think strategically while executing at a fast pace
