About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically driven Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of compelling campaign concepts and creative strategies for brands across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of impactful content that aligns with both client objectives and audience insights. The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of digital marketing, creative communication, and audience behaviour, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with executional detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts tailored to a variety of brands and industries.
  • Lead ideation sessions, generate original scripts, copy, and campaign narratives in alignment with brand goals.
  • Oversee the execution of creative ideas by working closely with design, media, and content teams.
  • Collaborate with social media and Media Planning teams on brainstorming sessions, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Present well-researched and insight-led campaign plans that drive strong CTR and ROI.
  • Work under the guidance of the Creative Lead, integrating feedback and creative direction into all deliverables.
  • Liaise daily with the Integrated Solutions Team to manage ongoing brand content, campaign development, and long-term strategies.
  • Offer creative and visual direction to the graphic design team to ensure coherence and consistency in brand communication.
  • Revise and refine content based on internal and client feedback while adhering to timelines and creative standards.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brand positioning, competitors, and audience behavior to support strategic output.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital innovation, and relevant cultural moments to inform campaign ideation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and digital strategy.
  • Strong understanding of creative funnel and content performance metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
