Working days: Monday to Friday (WFO) and Saturday (WFH)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and insight-driven Content Strategist to lead our content direction across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for building a strong brand voice, driving engagement, and creating content that educates, converts, and builds trust with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • Plan monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, website, and email
  • Identify key content themes based on consumer insights, trends, and product launches

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all channels
  • Translate scientific skincare concepts into simple, engaging, and relatable content
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's science-backed and transparent positioning

Content Creation & Execution

  • Conceptualise and script content for reels, ads, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and performance teams to execute content
  • Oversee copywriting for social media, website, product pages, and performance ads

Influencer & Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with the influencer team to create high-performing content briefs
  • Build campaign narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyse content performance using metrics like engagement, CTR, conversions
  • Continuously optimise content based on data insights and platform trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • 25 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in beauty/skincare/D2C brands)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simplify scientific or technical information into consumer-friendly content
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, performance, influencer marketing)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve content performance
