About the Role:
We are looking for a highly strategic, self-driven Creative Strategist to lead user acquisition across our portfolio of premium mobile apps, including AutoAlert (payment notification utility) and platforms for devotional content (Shubh, Noor). As a 100% remote team member, you will have complete ownership of the creative pipeline. You won't be making generic corporate ads but build dynamic narrative flows that highlight our features without falling into predictable, formulaic loops. If you have a high bias for action, know how to leverage generative AI for rapid production, and thrive in an autonomous environment, we want you on the team.

- Extreme Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify a drop in performance, hypothesize a solution, brief the editors, and launch the test autonomously.
- Highly Motivated & Agile: You move at the speed of social media. When a new audio trend or visual hook explodes on Instagram, you figure out how to adapt it for our apps within 24 hours.
- Asynchronous Communicator: You know how to work effectively in a remote setup. Your briefs to video editors are crystal clear, leaving no room for ambiguity.
- Builder Mindset: You care about building scalable creative systems, not just one-off videos. You document winning frameworks and help build our internal creative playbook.
What You'll Do:
- Localized Storytelling & Ideation: Brainstorm and script highly relatable video concepts grounded in everyday, bustling Indian environments. You will break the mold of standard ad tropes to create fresh narratives.
- Competitor & Trend Analysis: Actively monitor Meta Ads Library, Google Ads Center, etc. Identify emerging visual trends and competitor gaps, adapting them to fit our brand voice.
- Creative Direction & AI Integration: Write punchy scripts and provide crystal-clear briefs. You will collaborate remotely with video editors while actively utilizing modern generative AI workflows (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.) to scale asset production efficiently.
- Scale Winner Replication & Iteration: Identify winning ad creatives through early performance data, isolate their core success formulas (e.g., the specific high-performing hook, pacing style, or narrative angle), and rapidly replicate them at scale.
What You Need:
- Proven UA Experience: 3+ years of experience as a creative strategist, copywriter, or UA creative manager. While prior remote experience is not a strict must, you must possess a strong ability to adapt quickly to a highly autonomous, remote workflow and manage your output effectively. Mobile app marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Value-First Copywriting: The ability to write sharp, persuasive scripts that drive premium app installs based purely on utility, efficiency, and peace of mind. Note: All our products are paid; you must know how to convert without ever relying on free angles, pricing gimmicks, or discounts.
- Visual Empathy: You can clearly visualize a video ad from the first 3-second hook to the final CTA, understanding exactly how text overlays, B-roll, and pacing keep a user from scrolling.
