Job Title: Creative Strategist (Copywriter)

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist (Copywriter) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer psychology, performance marketing, and how to create ad creatives that drive results.

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for ideating winning ad angles, writing compelling hooks and scripts, and scaling creative concepts across paid marketing channels. You will work closely with Media Buyers, Video Editors, and Creative Leads to build high-converting creatives for aggressive testing and scaling.

Your work will directly impact campaign performance, testing velocity, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and develop fresh creative angles for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Write high-converting ad scripts, hooks, headlines, and messaging for:
    • Short-form videos
    • UGC ads
    • Static creatives
    • Performance campaigns
  • Research competitors, spy ads, market trends, and winning campaigns to identify high-performing patterns.
  • Analyze successful creatives and convert them into repeatable frameworks and scalable variations.
  • Collaborate with Video Editors, Media Buyers, and Creative Leads to execute winning concepts.
  • Translate performance metrics such as CTR, hold rate, CPA, and conversion data into actionable creative insights.
  • Maintain a structured repository of:
    • Hooks
    • Scripts
    • Angles
    • Winning frameworks
    • Learnings and iterations
  • Participate in daily/weekly creative brainstorming and review sessions.
  • Deliver test-ready scripts aligned with campaign goals, deadlines, and scaling requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Copywriting, Creative Strategy, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of:
