Adaptiv — an independent AI studio

Adaptiv builds AI-powered systems for storytelling, media, and culture — including custom video pipelines, language models, and production tools used by creative teams across industries. We don't just use AI; we shape how it's used to create meaning.

Globist & Globist Films — stories that travel

Globist Films is our creative arm, dedicated to producing world-class stories for global audiences. We're building a new kind of studio — one where a small, brilliant founding team can create film and serialised content at a scale and quality that was previously impossible.

THE ROLE

You'll join the founding team as a core creative voice — developing story concepts, writing scripts and narrative frameworks, shaping the voice and visual language of our productions, and using AI tools to prototype, produce, and iterate on content at every stage of the creative process.

This isn't a support role. You'll have real creative ownership and work directly with the founders on projects that aim to reach and move people around the world.

WHO YOU ARE

• A born storyteller — you think in characters, arcs, and tension. Writing is your natural mode.
• Fluent in English — exceptional command of written and spoken English. You craft sentences that feel inevitable.
• A tool explorer — you pick up new creative and AI tools fast, and you're already using them to make things.
• Visually literate — you understand how images, pacing, and tone work together to create feeling.
• A self-starter — you thrive with ownership and don't wait to be told what the next creative move is.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Story development & scripting

Develop original story concepts and scripts for film, short-form, and serialised content — from initial pitch to production-ready documents.

AI-powered production

Use AI video, image, and audio tools as a core part of your creative workflow — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine production capability.

Brand & narrative voice

Help define and maintain the distinct creative identity of Globist Films and Adaptiv's content output across formats and channels.

Cross-studio collaboration

Work across Adaptiv and Globist to connect the technical and creative sides — translating ideas into briefs, and briefs into remarkable content.

BACKGROUND
