Job Title: Creative Content Specialist Finance & AI

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who can create finance content and design visuals for our platforms.

This hybrid role includes writing, designing, publishing, and tracking content performance, while

using AI tools to work faster and automate routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Writing

Create content for blogs, articles, newsletters, reports, presentations, client notes, and social

media.

Write on researched material w.r.t. investments, markets, personal finance, wealth management, and macro trends.

Simplify complex financial topics into clear, engaging, SEO-friendly content aligned with brand

voice.

Track market developments to produce timely and relevant insights.

Design & Visuals

Design graphics, infographics, carousels, pitch decks, and basic motion visuals for digital platforms.

Create visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and presentations.

Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts.

AI, Tools & Automation

Use AI tools to accelerate research, writing, and design workflows.

Automate repetitive tasks like resizing creatives, repurposing content, captions, and summaries.

Convert one content format into multiple formats (blog social visual newsletter).

Improve efficiency and output using AI and automation tools.

Publishing & Tracking

Manage publishing across website and social platforms.

Track performance via analytics dashboards and optimize for engagement and reach.

AI & Tools (Expected Familiarity)

Content & Research AI

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity AI, NotebookLM, etc

Design & Creative AI

Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Freepik, Figma AI tools, Runway (basic

video/motion)

Automation & Productivity

Notion AI, Zapier/Make (basic automation workflows), Google Workspace with AI integrations

SEO & Analytics

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics dashboards

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong writing and editing skills with ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

Strong design sense (layout, typography, visual storytelling).

Understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Familiarity with digital content, branding.

Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

Prior experience in finance content or design is a plus.
