We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Creative AI Engineer who can bridge content creation and engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage generative AI technologies to create high-quality multimedia content while building scalable systems, workflows, and automation pipelines that drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Development
- Develop and deliver end-to-end multimedia content using AI technologies, including:
- Short-form videos
- Explainer videos
- Social media creatives
- Thumbnails
- Voiceovers and audio content
- Marketing and promotional assets
AI Pipeline Development & Automation
- Build scalable content generation pipelines by integrating:
- Generative AI model APIs
- Automation workflows
- Batch processing systems
- Webhooks and related technologies
- Create systems and workflows that improve content generation speed and operational efficiency.
Product Innovation & Prototyping
- Design and prototype AI-powered creative features including:
- AI avatars
- Auto-generated educational visuals
- Voice-based content modules
- Interactive AI experiences
Content Distribution & Growth Support
- Create and maintain scalable content frameworks across multiple channels including:
- YouTube
- Instagram
- In-app platforms
- Digital marketing channels
- Ensure consistency of content quality, brand standards, and audience relevance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to convert business requirements into scalable creative solutions.
- Continuously research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and content quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Multimedia, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience in AI-driven content creation, creative engineering, automation, or related domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with:
- API integrations
- Automation scripting
- Workflow orchestration
- Experience working with multimodal generative AI technologies including:
- Text generation
- Image generation
- Video generation
- Audio generation
- Strong understanding of:
- FFmpeg
- Webhooks
- Batch processing
- API chaining and workflow pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated creative judgment and the ability to generate high-quality content outputs.

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools including:
