Creative Specialist

Birchtree Consulting is hiring for a AI Creative Operator / AI Creative Technologist for one of India's leading premium fashion brand. Looking for an AI Creative Operator to own creative production for their social, editorial, and performance ad channels — using AI tools to multiply and iterate on their existing photography and campaigns faster than traditional manual workflows allow. This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy or original-concept role: you'll take shoots and campaigns that already exist and turn them into the dozens of formats, variants, and iterations for retail footprint and digital channels need.

A secondary part of the role involves generating first-draft product and website copy using AI tools, which will be reviewed and polished by the marketing team.

● 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital creative production, or a related field

● Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and at least one generative AI image tool (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly)

● Comfort with Claude or similar AI tools for content/copy generation

● An eye for brand consistency — you can tell when something looks off-brand or when AI output isn't quite right for apparel (texture, drape, fit)

● Experience with performance ad creative (understanding of what drives CTR, creative testing/fatigue) is a strong plus

● Copywriting ability is a plus but not required — this is secondary to the creative function

● Organized and systems-minded — comfortable building repeatable templates/workflows rather than solving every request from scratch

Tools to be used : Claude, Higgsfield, Photoshop, and other design/AI tools as needed. You'll also help evaluate and recommend new tools
