Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month (based on experience)

Note:Only candidates with prior agency experience will be considered.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Social Media Executive who can ideate, create, and manage engaging digital content for Lab of Scents and its partner brands. This role requires a mix of creativity, trend awareness, and design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Ideate and design visual and video content in line with brand aesthetics.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content writers.

Monitor analytics and optimize performance based on engagement and reach.

Research industry trends and develop content that resonates with the brands.

Support campaign execution for new product launches and collaborations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

13 years of experience in a digital or creative agency (perfume/lifestyle brand preferred).

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of current social trends and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and content ideation skills.
