Role Overview
Dashreels is seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our Originals team as a Promo Writer. You will be responsible for coming up with interesting angles for new stories and crafting compelling scripts for marketing campaigns targeting Indian audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven storytelling and contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and innovative scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience
- Experiment with dialogues, narrations, and other storytelling styles to bring engagement on promos
- Research and analyze industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors strategies to improve scriptwriting and ensure content resonates with target demographics
- Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance scripts
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and take responsibility for end-to-end production of promos
- Analyze promo performance and related data metrics to improve promo writing skills
Requirements:
- 2+ years of scripting experience in fictional short-form content or OTT, TV, film.
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Proven ability to manage the entire creative lifecycle from concept development to analysis of post-launch performance.
- Knowledge of digital content trends, mobile video formats, and emerging storytelling platforms. Familiarity with video production workflows and tools is a strong plus.
