Flock AI builds the infrastructure for AI-generated fashion catalog production. Instead of traditional photoshoots, we generate model imagery through AI, personalize it at scale, and deliver it at the speed and volume that retail actually moves at.
We're early. That means the systems, the SOPs, and the standards for what good looks like are still being built — and the person in this seat is one of the people building them, not inheriting them finished.
We work with fashion and retail brands who need catalog content faster and cheaper than a photoshoot can deliver, without the drop in quality that usually comes with that trade-off. Getting that balance right, consistently, at volume, is the whole business — and this role is where that balance gets designed and defended.
Role Overview
We're hiring Senior Creative Operations to own execution across AI-generated fashion catalog production, end to end. This is not a coordination role. You'll design the systems a growing production team runs on, make the judgment calls that don't have a clean answer, and own client relationships and outcomes — not just status updates.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end catalog production delivery across all accounts — not one account, the whole system
- Designing and evolving the SOPs the wider team executes against
- Final call on output quality and brand alignment when a judgment call has no clean answer
- Coordination and performance management across AI generation, editing, QC, and ops
- Client relationship ownership: scope, expectations, escalations, and the hard conversations
- Building the workflow and scaling systems that let the team grow without quality dropping
- Being the person problems get escalated to — and resolving them without needing to escalate further

- Projects deliver on time across the whole portfolio, not just the accounts you personally touch
- Client satisfaction and rework rates improve because the system got better, not because you worked more hours
- The team you coordinate needs fewer decisions made for them over time

Who Should Apply
- 3–5+ years in ecommerce operations, creative production, catalog management, fashion production, or agency delivery — with real ownership, not just participation
- Has built or rebuilt a production process before, not just followed one
- Comfortable being the last line of defense on quality and client trust
- Can manage editors/designers, not just coordinate tasks
- Startup speed and ambiguity don't rattle you — you create the structure that's missing
Bonus Points
- Fashion ecommerce experience
- Experience managing editors/designers
- Familiarity with Photoshop / Lightroom
- Exposure to AI image generation tools
- Experience with global teams or US clients
