Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for a Creative Project Manager who can support client communication, creative planning, project coordination, team management, and delivery across films, videos, and branded content projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has started their journey in client servicing, creative coordination, production coordination, agency work, content production, or brand communication — and now wants to grow into a stronger creative leadership role.

We are looking for someone who is organised, confident in communication, interested in films and storytelling, and capable of coordinating between clients, creative teams, production teams, post-production teams, freelancers, and leadership.

This is not just a follow-up role. We are looking for someone who can understand briefs, bring structure to projects, support creative direction, and help ensure every output is delivered with clarity, quality, and impact.

• Manage day-to-day client communication from brief to delivery
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs
• Coordinate between clients, creative teams, production teams, editors, designers, cinematographers, writers, vendors, and leadership
• Track project timelines, deliverables, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final outputs
• Support creative planning for corporate films, brand films, event films, founder films, testimonials, documentaries, and social media content
• Help prepare references, mood boards, treatment notes, project decks, meeting notes, and creative briefs
• Assist with shoot planning, pre-production coordination, location details, permissions, call sheets, schedules, and production requirements
• Manage post-production follow-ups including edits, feedback, music, voiceover, graphics, subtitles, final exports, and delivery formats
• Ensure client feedback is clearly documented and communicated to the internal team
• Keep projects organised through trackers, documents, folders, checklists, and regular updates
• Support internal team alignment so everyone understands the creative direction, timeline, and expected outcome
• Help maintain quality, clarity, and professionalism across every stage of the project

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, creative coordination, project coordination, production coordination, account management, content, media, advertising, or agency roles
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Interest in films, storytelling, brands, design, advertising, and visual communication
• Basic understanding of video production, creative workflows, and post-production processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, people, and timelines without losing clarity
• Good attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Confidence to communicate with clients and internal teams professionally
• Calm, mature, and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team

Candidates from creative agencies, advertising agencies, film production houses, content studios, video production companies, event production teams, or brand communication teams will be preferred.

The ideal candidate is someone who can sit in a client discussion, understand the requirement, convert it into a clear plan, coordinate with the right teams, follow through on timelines, and help deliver creative work with structure and quality.
