Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for a Creative Project Lead who can support client communication, project coordination, creative planning, and delivery across films, videos, and branded content projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has started their journey in client servicing, production coordination, creative agency work, content production, or brand communication — and now wants to grow into a stronger creative leadership role.

We are looking for someone who is organised, sharp, confident with communication, interested in films and storytelling, and willing to take ownership of projects from brief to delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, creative teams, production teams, editors, designers, and leadership
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal notes
• Track project timelines, feedback, approvals, revisions, and deliverables
• Support creative planning for brand films, corporate films, event films, testimonials, founder films, and social content
• Help prepare references, mood boards, project notes, presentations, and treatment documents
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure work moves on time
• Review edits, scripts, voiceovers, music, and visual flow from a basic client/audience perspective
• Assist during pre-production, shoot planning, and post-production coordination
• Maintain clear documentation of briefs, feedback, changes, and approvals

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, creative coordination, production coordination, account management, content, advertising, or agency roles
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Interest in films, brands, storytelling, content, and visual communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity
• Basic understanding of video production or creative workflows
• Good sense of responsibility and ownership
• Calm, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Advertising agencies, creative agencies, film production houses, content studios, video production companies, brand teams, or event production teams.
