Seqnova Ventures is a Mohali-based venture studio where we build and launch different consumer products, creative projects, and digital ideas. Our current focus is preparing premium card deck and oracle deck projects for Kickstarter, along with building repeatable launch systems for future products.

We are looking for a Creative Production Designer who can turn product ideas, campaign direction, references, and raw creative material into polished launch-ready visuals.

This is an on-site role based in Mohali.

About the Role

As a Creative Production Designer, you will work closely with the founder to create visual assets for product launches, Kickstarter campaigns, social media, ads, packaging, and product presentation.

This role is not just about making things look good. We need someone who can understand the mood of a product, organize visual information clearly, and create assets that feel premium, consistent, and ready to be used in real campaigns.

You will be part of a small early-stage team, so the work will be practical, fast-moving, and varied.

Responsibilities

• Create Kickstarter campaign graphics, section visuals, reward tier images, stretch goal graphics, and product presentation assets
• Design social media creatives, launch announcement posts, ad creatives, and promotional graphics
• Create product mockups for card decks, boxes, guidebooks, bundles, and related launch materials
• Help with packaging layout, box design support, and print-ready visual preparation
• Convert founder direction, references, and rough ideas into polished design options
• Maintain visual consistency across campaign pages, social posts, ads, and product assets
• Organize design files, templates, exports, and campaign assets properly
• Work with Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Illustrator, or similar tools depending on the task
• Create reusable templates and visual systems for future Seqnova product launches
• Take feedback clearly and revise designs quickly without losing the overall quality

Qualifications

• Strong design sense with good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with graphic design, campaign design, social media creatives, product mockups, or ecommerce visuals
• Comfortable using tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
• Ability to create premium-looking visuals, not just basic templates
• Good attention to detail and file organization
• Ability to understand references and improve them instead of simply copying them
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback
• Prior experience with packaging, product design, Kickstarter, ecommerce, or launch campaigns is a plus

We are looking for someone who has strong taste, practical design ability, and the patience to refine work until it feels launch-ready. The right person should be able to take a rough idea and turn it into a clean, polished, professional visual.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely on real product launches instead of only making random social media posts. You will get to work on creative products from concept to campaign launch and help build the visual system behind Seqnova's future projects.
