Role OverviewThe Creative Producer is the creative force behind all brand communication. They are responsible for transforming business objectives, products, customer pain points, and market trends into compelling campaigns and content.
This role owns the idea before the camera starts rolling. They work closely with the marketing team, videographer, graphic designer, editor, and performance marketers to ensure every piece of content has a clear purpose and drives measurable results.
Responsibilities
Campaign Development
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Brainstorm innovative advertising ideas across digital and offline channels.
- Create campaign themes, messaging, and storytelling frameworks.
Content Strategy
- Build and manage monthly content calendars.
- Identify trending topics and content opportunities relevant to the industry.
- Convert customer questions, sales objections, and product features into engaging content.
Scriptwriting & Copyrighting
- Write scripts for advertisements, reels, YouTube videos, product explainers, and testimonials.
- Develop static ad copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Write website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, brochures, and product messaging.
- Create compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action.
Creative Direction
- Prepare detailed creative briefs for the videographer, photographer, designer, and editor.
- Create shot lists, visual references, and storyboards where required.
- Ensure every creative asset aligns with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
Production Support
- Coordinate shoots and ensure scripts are executed effectively.
- Review edited videos and provide creative feedback.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Brand Building
- Strengthen and maintain the company's tone of voice.
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across all customer touchpoints.
- Continuously improve the quality and originality of the brand's communication.
Performance Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-converting advertisements.
- Generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Analyse campaign performance and refine messaging based on insights.
Required Skills
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of advertising psychology and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to conceptualise campaigns from idea to execution.
- Experience writing scripts for short-form and long-form video.
- Understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and copy generation.
Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years in an advertising agency, creative agency, D2C brand, or consumer marketing role.
- Experience working with videographers, designers, and editors.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, scriptwriting, and ad copy.
