About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Producer who can operate as both a creative partner and production owner across projects. You will own projects end-to-end from interpreting client objectives to ensuring final delivery meets a high creative and performance standard.
You'll work closely with editors, designers, motion artists, colour and sound teams and clients to ensure every output is both creatively strong and strategically effective on YouTube.
You are expected to think beyond execution helping shape storytelling decisions, content structure, and creative direction.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery: Ensure creative and narrative quality, review outputs across editing, design, and motion to maintain strong storytelling, pacing, visual clarity, and platform fit for YouTube.
- Partner with clients as a creative lead: Act as the main point of contact, guiding conversations from execution to creative strategy while building long-term trust through clarity and strong recommendations.
- Collaborate and elevate the team: Work closely with cross functional teams providing structured feedback and ensuring alignment with creative intent and quality standards.
- Maintain production discipline: Track timelines, resources, and deliverables to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects.
- Improve systems and workflows: Identify inefficiencies in production processes and actively contribute to building scalable systems for planning, communication, and delivery.
- Contribute strategically beyond projects: Propose new content formats, creative ideas, and production improvements that strengthen both client outcomes and studio capability.
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of experience in creative production or editorial roles
- Strong understanding of YouTube content formats, analytics, storytelling, and audience behaviour on YouTube
- Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity, ownership, and discipline
- Comfortable working across creative teams (editors, designers, motion artists)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to justify creative decisions
- High ownership mindset - proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-conscious
