The Role
You'll work closely with some of the best voice artists, creators, RJs, and dubbing talent in the industry to bring compelling audio stories to life. You'll drive end-to-end audio production across audiobooks and audio series, ensuring exceptional quality, seamless execution, and immersive listener experiences. What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day operations of ongoing audio shows and dubbing projects, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Partner with Content, Production, Marketing, Product, and Quality teams to streamline workflows and execution.
- Manage a growing network of creators, voice artists, studios, and production partners, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Build and maintain best-in-class production processes across dubbing and audio content creation.
- Monitor audience feedback and user comments to identify and resolve voice, sound, or production-related issues.
- Drive quality standards by collaborating closely with QC teams and taking ownership of content quality.
- Track project milestones, manage multiple workstreams, and proactively solve operational challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, production management, creator management, or related fields.
- Experience working with audio content, dubbing, voice talent, or creative production ecosystems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
