Creative Operations Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management of creative workflows across content, marketing, and performance teams. This role is focused on ensuring timely asset delivery, maintaining operational accuracy, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving quality control across creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Operations Management
- Support end-to-end coordination of creative asset production and delivery.
- Track creative requests, timelines, approvals, and deliveries across teams.
- Maintain and update creative trackers, content databases, and operational dashboards.
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered as per agreed timelines and requirements.
- Follow up with stakeholders to minimize delays and bottlenecks in the creative workflow.
Content & Asset Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on global shows, promo assets, and marketing creatives before deployment.
- Verify asset specifications, metadata, file naming conventions, and platform requirements.
- Identify and report content, technical, or quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines and internal standards.
Content Library & Documentation
- Maintain an organized repository of show assets, promo creatives, references, and content banks.
- Catalog key scenes, hooks, and creative references for easy access by internal teams.
- Ensure documentation and creative records remain accurate and up to date.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Marketing, and Performance teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Assist in managing asset requests and communication between stakeholders.
- Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with trackers, spreadsheets, and operational tools.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital content workflows and creative production processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project tracking tools.
- Interest in entertainment, digital media, and content operations.
