About Us

Pro Model Service is a Kuwait-based modeling and content production agency operating for over 16 years. We work with luxury brands, restaurants, fashion designers, events, agencies, SMEs, and individual clients across Kuwait.

The company is founded by Melanie D'Mello (@melankaya), a photographer, videographer, and creative director specializing in luxury visual storytelling, content production, fashion, hospitality, and events.

This is not a typical virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into operations, coordination, AI workflows, and creative business management long term.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time remote Creative Operations Coordinator to help manage communication, scheduling, coordination, systems, and day-to-day operations across the business.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of helping build and grow a creative company over the long term.

You will work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership over specific systems and responsibilities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating models, clients, photoshoots, and bookings
  • Following up with leads, inquiries, and confirmations
  • Managing schedules, calendars, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Organizing project information and operational systems
  • Assisting with social media coordination and publishing
  • Helping improve workflows and internal processes
  • Assisting with AI tools, automation systems, and content workflows
  • Research and administrative support
  • Handling communication professionally and efficiently

This is a long-term role.

We are not looking for someone casually jumping between freelance jobs. We are looking for someone dependable who wants to grow with the company over time and gradually take on more responsibility.

Work Schedule

  • Saturday to Thursday
  • Friday off
  • 12 PM to 8 PM India time
  • 30-minute lunch break

This is a full-time role and requires dedicated working hours.

Salary & Growth Structure

  • Base Salary: ₹20,000 INR per month
  • Monthly Performance Bonus
  • Reliability & Consistency Bonus
  • Future salary revisions based on performance and long-term contribution
