About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled operations associate to own scripting operations. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of high quality scripts for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the scripting process right from show selection to script readiness for production
• Build a pool of senior writers to work on projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each part of the process is completed on time.
• Ensure proper documentation and file management for all scripts
• Handle payments or external agencies and writers

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in using Google Sheets / Excel
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
• Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
• Problem-solving approach

Good to Have Skills

• Understanding of the content production process
• Experience in AI tools
