We're Hiring | Creative Marketing & Brand Development Lead

Evergreen House, Koramangala, Bengaluru | Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic, creative marketing professional who combines strong graphic design and illustration skills with brand development, communication and business outreach.

Our business portfolio spans coworking and managed workspaces, accommodation and F&B.

The kind of candidate we're looking for:

Graphic Design & Illustration: Someone who can independently create original artwork, hand-drawn illustrations, visual concepts and professional marketing collaterals. Canva-only experience will not be sufficient.
Creative Marketer: Someone who can develop brand identities, conceptualise campaigns, create content and manage social media.
Communication & Outreach: Someone comfortable meeting prospective clients, conducting outreach, networking and representing the business.
Business-Oriented: Someone who can build partnerships, explore collaborations, and identify local business opportunities.
Digitally Curious: Someone willing to learn and coordinate SEO, performance marketing, analytics and marketing automation alongside external specialists.

Essential Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate or equivalent creative tools.
A portfolio demonstrating original illustrations, graphic design and creative marketing work.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confidence in client-facing interactions and business outreach.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership across different marketing functions.

Compensation: Up to 9 LPA (maximum budget). The final offer will depend on relevant experience, creative capabilities and portfolio quality.
