Creative Manager

Role Description The Creative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is D Globalist is looking for a Creative Manager with strong visual judgement and the ability to raise the quality of creative output across the organisation. This role is not limited to coordinating designers or managing timelines. The selected professional will work closely with the design team to improve concepts, layouts, typography, visual hierarchy and overall design quality across digital and offline communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual direction for D Globalist's brand communication.
• Review creatives and provide clear, practical feedback to designers.
• Improve the overall design quality across social media, websites, digital platforms, presentations, event communication and marketing collateral.
• Translate business and campaign requirements into strong creative concepts.
• Guide designers on layouts, typography, colour combinations, imagery and visual hierarchy.
• Create mood boards, visual references and creative briefs for important campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with the organisation's brand identity across all communication.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, product and event teams to understand creative requirements.
• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor designers and help them develop stronger visual judgement.
• Review and approve creatives before publication or production.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the brand's visual identity.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, visual communication or brand design.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding and digital design.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving the work of graphic and digital designers.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear and compelling visual communication.
• A strong portfolio covering digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations and brand communication.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify why a design is or is not working.
• Experience managing designers, agencies or creative partners.
• Ability to give constructive feedback while helping designers improve their capabilities.
• Exposure to premium, corporate, technology, media, event or founder-focused brands would be valuable.

The Ideal Candidate

You may not personally execute every design, but you should have the design judgement to guide the team, challenge ordinary work and turn an average creative into a strong one. You should be equally comfortable developing a new visual concept, reviewing a social media creative, improving a presentation and ensuring consistency across a major campaign.
