Role Overview

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our 3D visualization and production team. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, leading a team of visualizers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3D visualization team (modeling, rendering, animation, post-production)
• Own end-to-end project delivery from brief to final output
• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams for requirement understanding
• Review creative output to ensure high-quality photorealistic renders and animations
• Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities
• Resolve team challenges, conflicts, and production bottlenecks
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and workflow processes
• Drive innovation in ArchViz, 3D walkthroughs, and new visualization techniques

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in 3D Visualization / ArchViz industry
• Proven experience in team handling and project leadership
• Strong understanding of rendering, lighting, texturing, and animation workflows
• Experience in handling client communication and project discussions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Autodesk 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona
• AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
