Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Lead specializing in professional shoots and editing, based in Gurugram. The Creative Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and editing of creative projects, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with branding strategies. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, managing shoots, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering final polished edits that meet client expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity skills, encompassing an eye for visual aesthetics and innovative thinking
• Experience in professional Camera Handling + Adobe suite for video editing.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with teams and articulate creative ideas effectively
• Proficiency in writing to support content creation and storytelling
• Familiarity with professional shooting techniques and editing tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in design, media production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
