Creative Lead

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end creative development of micro drama and short video content from concept and script to final episode
• Develop high-engagement micro-drama stories with strong hooks, conflicts, emotional beats, twists, and cliffhangers
• Translate scripts into compelling video narratives and provide creative direction across casting, performances, pacing, dialogue, and visual storytelling
• Manage multiple shows end-to-end, ensuring creative quality, timely delivery, and actionable feedback throughout production
• Experiment with new formats, genres, and storytelling styles, using audience insights and performance data to improve engagement and retention
• Solve creative and production bottlenecks while balancing quality, speed, and scale, leveraging AI-enabled tools where relevant
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Growth, and Business teams to continuously improve and scale the micro-drama content engine

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience across video content, OTT, TV fiction, digital entertainment, or short-form video; micro-drama experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of episodic storytelling, hooks, pacing, character arcs, and cliffhangers
• Experience owning video content from concept/script to final production, working across writers, directors, editors, and production teams
• Strong creative judgment with an understanding of what makes content engaging and binge-worthy
• Ability to manage multiple shows and fast-paced production cycles, using audience insights and performance data to improve content
• Openness to experimenting with AI-enabled creative and video production tools
