About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Creative Lead to shape and elevate the visual identity of our brands. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, design excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team to deliver impactful visual storytelling across multiple touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of design expertise, brand thinking, and leadership, ensuring that all creative outputs align with the premium positioning and vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Aesthetics
- Define and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand communications.
- Ensure all creative outputs reflect premium aesthetics and strong brand storytelling.
- Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
Design & Execution
- Lead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets.
- Oversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and brand communication materials.
- Ensure high standards of visual quality, typography, color balance, and overall design aesthetics.
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity and productivity.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to understand campaign and communication requirements.
- Translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.
Quality & Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, and industry best practices.
- Bring fresh ideas that help elevate brand perception and visual storytelling.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.

Preferred Background
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative roles
- Prior experience in leading a creative/design team
- Experience working with premium brands, lifestyle brands, or consumer products will be an advantage.
