Job Title: Creative Lead
Core Responsibilities
- Creative Mentorship: Guide, critique, and inspire the graphic design team. You'll turn good work into on-brand excellence through constructive feedback and hands-on direction.
- Brand Guardianship: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of our brand guidelines. You ensure that whether it's a social post or a billboard, it looks, feels, and breathes our brand DNA.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Present creative concepts to management and executives. You must be able to explain why a design works—linking creative choices back to business objectives to secure buy-in.
- Process Management: Oversee the creative workflow from initial brainstorm to final sign-off, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Style Evolution: While maintaining consistency, you'll also identify when it's time to evolve our guidelines to keep the brand fresh and competitive in the current market.
What You Bring to the Table
- Design Pedigree: A strong portfolio that proves you've mastered the fundamentals of layout, typography, and color theory.
- The Manager Hat: Previous experience leading or mentoring a team. You know how to push designers to their best work without burning them out.
- Strategic Communication: You speak Creative and Business. You can explain the ROI of a specific aesthetic choice to someone who doesn't know the difference between CMYK and RGB.
- Detail Obsession: You're the person who catches a stray pixel or an off-brand hex code from a mile away.
- Thick Skin & Sharp Wit: You handle executive feedback with professional poise, knowing when to stand your ground and when to pivot.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior design or creative role.
- Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative tools.
- Portfolio: A link to your work is mandatory—show us how you've handled brand consistency across different platforms.
