Job Description

The Creative Lead will be responsible for driving the creative direction and execution of all content produced by the studio. This includes brand ad videos, UGC videos, podcasts, product shoots, and social media content. The role involves developing creative concepts, writing scripts, and ensuring that each project communicates the intended message clearly and effectively.

The Creative Lead will also manage the production process by coordinating with freelancers, creators, and on-screen talent required for shoots. This includes identifying suitable talent, briefing them on the concept, and ensuring smooth execution during production.

Additionally, the role involves guiding editors, designers, and production teams to maintain high creative standards across all deliverables. The Creative Lead will review content before delivery, provide feedback to the team, and ensure that the final output aligns with the brand objectives and creative vision of the studio.

This is a full-time role requiring strong creative thinking, storytelling ability, and the capability to manage multiple projects, collaborators, and timelines simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality across all content.
